I've just received my case this morning so cannot comment on longevity of the product, but on first impressions I’m very impressed and think it’s gorgeous. I can comment on the customer service though as I had issues with PayPal and not receiving the order confirmation despite money being taken. I cannot fault anything that happened from that stage, everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful, responded quickly and resolved the whole thing within a couple of days - which considering we are on pretty much opposite sides of the world, I was very impressed. My case arrived incredibly quickly, from creation to arrival was a week and I would definitely use caseformula again and recommend them.
